The body has a pump (2) connected with an inflatable hollow body chamber (1). A one-way inlet valve (5) connects a pump chamber (3) of the pump with the environment. A one-way outlet valve (6) connects the pump chamber with the body chamber and permits the air to flow into the body chamber. The pump has another pump chamber (4) with a lockable inlet, where a gas is introduced through the lockable inlet into the latter pump chamber. The latter pump chamber is fluidically separated from the former pump chamber and the body chamber.
