The method involves placing a temperature sensor (2) at a position of a coriolis flow measuring pipe (1) or flow measuring device that is utilized for measuring a local temperature. A temperature distribution field is computed from a temperature distribution theorem. Correction data are determined from a temperature field data to make an amplitude correction in such a manner that relevant temperature effect adjusted amplitude values for determination of the flow are drawn. An independent claim is also included for a coriolis-flow measuring device with a flow measuring pipe.
