The method involves fastening core structure layers (1, 2) by clamping devices, and positioning the core structure layers with a defined distance (a). A reinforcement unit (3) is inserted in a hollow space (4) between the core structure layers, where the reinforcement unit and the core structure layers form an integral core structure (10). Warm areas of the core structure layers are locally heated, and the reinforcement unit is inserted into the warm areas. The core structure layers are separated using a spacer unit and are sealed by sealing units e.g. lacquers and resins. An independent claim is also included for a device for manufacturing a core structure, comprising clamping devices.
