The harness (2) has a rear belt (6) running in a longitudinal direction and to rear, and two neck belts (7, 8) forming a neck opening and running on a side of the neck, where the neck belts continue upto a connection with a torso belt (5). A common belt adjuster (9) traverses for changing the neck opening, where the neck belts continue the adjuster lying next to each other. The neck belts do not continue between the adjuster and the torso belt and run intersection-freely upto the torso belt by the belt adjuster, where the neck belts run parallel to each other behind the adjuster.
