The heat conducting material for forming heat conductive intermediate layer between a heat source and a heat sink, comprises two material components in which a phase change material is formed as first material component and a heat conducting filler material is formed as second material component in particle form. The filler material is mixed with the phase change material in the first phase and is uniformly distributed within the phase change material.
