The engine (13) has a clutch mechanism in a power transmission path, and a crankshaft (21) whose rotary drive force is transmitted to a drive wheel over the path, where the path connects or releases the transmission of the force at a side of a drive wheel. A clutch actuating unit controls a connecting-/separating operation of the mechanism, where the unit is arranged with the mechanism, when seen from the crankshaft direction, and within a crankshaft housing. The housing has a crank case (14) for supporting the crankshaft in a rotatable manner, where the unit is provided in the case.
