The latch has an external door handle (2) connected with a door lock (3) by a bowden control (8) to transfer an opening actuation from the external door handle to the lock. Another bowden control (9) is connected with the external door handle. A coupling (13) is arranged in a movement transfer line between the external door handle and the lock. The opening actuation is transferred to the lock in a coupled position of the coupling and is not transferred to the lock in a decoupling position of the coupling.
