The system has lamp embedded foils (30, 32, 34) e.g. molybdenum foils, embedded in a sealed end of the foils, and two spiral-wound filaments (4, 6) provided with different power inputs, where the foils assigned to the respective spiral-wound filaments have different dimensions which are adapted to the respective power inputs of the assigned spiral-wound filaments. A foil assigned to one of the spiral-wound filaments with a smaller power input has smaller width (B2), and another foil assigned to the spiral-wound filament with the smaller power input has a larger length (L2).
