The system has a motor (5) associated with a gear motor (4) which , in its output axis, is equipped with an endless screw (3) that turns a pulley (2) fixed on a hinge (1) in a case (6) fed with electrical cables (7), where the system in the case is embedded in a wall permitting discreet appearance. The hinge permits opening and closing of a shutter. An electronic board puts the system in a working state and is connected to an assembly by the cables.
