The device has an interference screw (3) with a cylindrical monoblock body (4) and an axis (A). The body has a proximal end (5) provided with a bore (6) of an axis (B) forming a non zero angle with the axis (A). An anchoring unit (7) is arranged to be integrated to the screw through the bore so as to anchor a tendon (1), by insertion of the unit (7) in the bore across the tendon and a wall of a bone tunnel (2), after arrangement of the screw in the tunnel.
