The device (1) has a case comprising an open orifice for permitting fixation of the device on an actuator (10) formed of a tube. The introduction of the actuator into the orifice makes an actuation unit to arm the device. The actuation unit has a magnetic contactor contacting with a metallic actuator to arm the device, during the introduction of the tube. The device is disarmed, when the actuator is removed outside the orifice. A processing unit permits a time-out between introduction of the actuator and an equipment permitting placement of the actuator.
