The device has a case support (5) connected to a frame (1) of a base of a seat by a cylindrical rod (9) rigidly fixed to the frame, in a manner such that the support is displaced in a same vertical direction as that of the base during adjusting movement of the seat. The support is connected to a mechanical base of the vehicle through rods (7, 8), which permits to realize a curve for adjusting movement of the seat.
