The slab (1) has a body (C) including a lower surface (6) edged by two parallel shoulders (13, 14) for being supported on heels of prefabricated beams. A reinforcement plate (P) is integrated to an upper surface (7) of the body and defines a passage surface by an upper surface (8) of the plate, where the plate is formed of material e.g. wood, fiberboard, plywood, cardboard, plastic material, reinforced mortar of fibers or asbestos-cement. The body is formed of material e.g. particles, chips or fibers of fiberboard and cellular concrete, having a volumic mass lesser than 1 ton per cubic meter.
