The tile (1) has a lower surface, and an upper surface comprising intermediate surfaces provided between adherence surfaces, where the adherence surfaces are formed of points (6) and square studs (8). The intermediate surfaces are placed at a height less than that of the adherence surfaces for covering 5-20 percentages of the upper surface and forming channels (10) between the adherence surfaces. The tile is made of clay, silicon dioxide, ceramic, sandstone or slate. The adherence surfaces include grains of hard material such as carborundum. An independent claim is also included for a method for preparing a tile.
