The device has tabs with a perforation for permitting sliding of the tabs on an axle (2) of a compact disk case (6) between compact disks. Each tab is folded at one of its ends for allowing an annotation carrying part (5) to be visible to the exterior of a disk pack (4). The tabs are listed on an index (3) placed on the top of the disk pack. The index has a cut for inserting the disks or tabs on the axle.
