A load transport apparatus (1, 10), comprising first and second elongate straps having end portions; multiple loops at each end portion, and located in planes defined by said end portions and spaced along the length of the strap, to define multiple openings in said planes, each strap having a central portion; located between the end portions of the strap, and central portions of the two straps located to extend under a load to be transported, whereby the user can choose which of the loops should be extended on his forearm ( 2, 3), for lifting the load by exerting a lifting force to lift said central strap portions, and at least four openings being provided on the end portion or portions of at least one strap .
