The device has a bore (2) for accumulating products and comprising loading and unloading zones (12, 14). An alternative moving base (4) is placed in the bore and moves the products located above the loading zone towards the unloading zone. A lifting platform (6) supports the base and equipped with an elevating system (8). The elevating system varies the height of the base between a bottom position and a top position.
