The method involves selectively placing a minor loop in a search state and in a functioning state during passage from the search state to the functioning state. A stored estimated angle in an integrator (INTG) is calculated and updated according to a value presented in the integrator during passage of the loop at the search state, where the integrator stores the angle. The measurement angle varies as double of signed rotational angle.
