The device has a prefabricated black box for collecting and centralizing necessary information and management base assembly, which is interrogated to a constitution of a general table and a customized instrument panel. The instrument panel is used for controlling, piloting and managing an automated medical emergency plan, and a data flow is automated and homogenized from any source and format of different data bases. An independent claim is also included for a method for collecting and processing indispensable information.
