PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein an internal resistance when switched is large and operability is poor because a hoisting traction machine containing a conventional automatic transmission is a contact type switching system of mechanically sliding a transmitting plate switching a clutch slide.;SOLUTION: A hoisting traction machine is provided with: an outside magnetic member 16 which is provided on inner periphery of an input tube 14 connected to a handwheel 6; and an inside magnetic member 23 which rotates rotation of the input tube 14 via a speed-up device at high speed and is stationarily arranged to an intermediate shaft 24 including an axis on center of rotation of the input tube 14. It is also provided with: the intermediate magnetic member 24 which is provided to one end of an output tube 26 moving in the axial direction of the intermediate shaft 24 and includes intermediate the outside 16 and inside magnetic members 23 the outside and inside cogs opposing to either of the outside magnetic member 16 or the inside magnetic member 23; and an output transmitted means 25 which transmits drive of the output tube 26 to a driving member 12 of the hoisting traction machine via a driving force transmitting means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
