PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembled battery total voltage detection circuit of low cost and high reliability. PSOLUTION: A divider resistor 20 constituted by a series circuit of a resistor 11, resistor 12, resistor 13, and resistor 14 is connected between a plus terminal and a minus terminal of an assembled battery 1. The node of the resistor 11 and resistor 12 is connected to the positive phase input side of a differential amplification circuit 17 via a buffer circuit 15, and the node of the resistor 13 and resistor 14 is connected to the negative phase input side of the differential amplification circuit 17 via a buffer circuit 16. A constant potential (2.5 V) is applied to the node of the resistor 12 and resistor 13 with respect to the ground of a microcomputer 8, and the output voltage of the differential amplification circuit 17 is measured.
