PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of enabling highly reliable evaluation of infectivity especially as a primary screening system and of infectivity of protozoans such as Cryptosporidium parvum known as its high in pathogenicity and its mass infection often reported even in advanced nations, on conditions resembling to those in vivo, within a shorter time than the conventional cultivated cell infection method.;SOLUTION: Provided is a method for evaluation of protozoan infectivity such as Cryptosporidium parvum, by using a mouse intestinal tract cell having properties more resembling to those of cells in vivo.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
