PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray reactive crosslinking type adhesive with a low load relative to environment excellent in storage stability while having an excellent adhesion property, and a rubber composite using this.;SOLUTION: The active energy ray reactive crosslinking type adhesive contains a bisphenol compound (A), a conjugated diene based polymer (B), a crosslinking acrylate (C) and a specific block isocyante (D). The bisphenol compound (A) is preferably represented by general formula (4).
