PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing dried bonito paste, dried tuna paste and dried sardine paste free from fishy smell.;SOLUTION: Finely divided meat of bonito, tuna or sardine is kneaded, formed, thermally sterilized and dried with heat to obtain a dried fish paste.
