PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sweat collecting device or the like which shows high collecting efficiency and reduces damage to a skin.;SOLUTION: A part 54 for stimulating sweat in which an agent 55 for stimulating perspiraton is filled is brought into contact with a surface of the skin 62. The sweat collecting device stimulates a sweat gland by applying an electric current to the part 54 from an electrode 52 for stimulating perspiration to promote the perspiration. After the lapse of a prescribed period of time, the sweat collecting device stops applying the electric current to the electrode 52. The sweat collecting device moves a perspiration analyzing chip 43 and positions a sweat collecting part 56 in a position where the part 54 was located.
