PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emission apportion apparatus and an emission apportion program which fairly apportion the emissions emitted from transportation means in mixed transportation so that respective consignors are satisfied.;SOLUTION: The emission apportion apparatus is provided with: an item-based transportation load calculation part 11 for calculating a transportation load for each item on the basis of the distance of a direct transportation route and the weight of each item when each item is directly transported from a loading point to an unloading point; a total emission calculation part 12 for calculating the total emissions emitted from the transportation means when the transportation means moves along a circulation route on the basis of at least two variables composed of the distances of a plurality of transportation sections and the weight of respective items transported in the transportation sections; an item-based emission calculation part 13 for calculating the emission of each item by proportionally apportioning the total emissions calculated by the total emission calculation part 12 at the rate of the transportation load of each item to the total value of transportation loads of respective items.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
