PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclone type filter capable of obtaining stable high flow rate stream, efficiently separating a foreign substance from a liquid and further separating not only the foreign substance but oil from a material to be treated.;SOLUTION: Water 36, the foreign substance and oil 38 contained in the liquid to be treated are centrifugally separated by providing a pipe spirally along the inner side surface or the outer side surface of a cylindrical body 22 and forcibly sending the liquid to be treated through the inside of the pipe 28. The separated water, the foreign substance and the oil are jetted to the inside of the cylinder to store the heavy material on the lower part, to collect oil floated on the water to the inside of a nearly conical roof part 52 structured on the upper part of the cylindrical body and an oil discharge port is provided on the top part of the roof part to discharge the floated oil and a water discharge pipe 56 is provided in the eccentric direction to discharge the water along the inner side surface of the cylindrical body to separately discharge the oil and water.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
