SIMPLE AND EFFICIENT FREEZE-THAW CONCENTRATION METHOD

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique being suitably used for improving the thawing speed in a freeze-thaw concentration, and easily extracting a highly concentrated solution with ease in good yield. PSOLUTION: The present concentrated solution extracting method includes vertically placing a plate-like or pillar-like ice which is obtained by freezing an aqueous solution, and has a weight of 3 kg and a thickness of 2 cm, and thawing the product in an air temperature of 3.5C so as to obtain a concentrated solution. In more details, the concentrated solution extracting method includes finishing a freezing process of freezing an aqueous solution when a temperature of the central part of the aqueous solution is lower by a prescribed temperature than a freezing point of the aqueous solution before concentrating, and thawing through vertically placing a container in which the aqueous solution is put.
