TEST CHART FOR SOLID-STATE IMAGING APPARATUS, METHOD OF USING THE SAME, CHART BOARD, AND TESTING APPARATUS

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test chart which is small-sized compared to the conventional ones, for a solid-state imaging apparatus, to provide a method of using the test chart, to provide a chart board with the test chart, and to provide a testing apparatus. PSOLUTION: The test chart for a solid-state imaging apparatus includes a chart graphic in a circular or concentric ring shape having lightness different from that of a background. Positional relations between a plurality of camera modules and at least one chart graphic are adjusted so that the at least one chart graphic is disposed within a range of field-of-view angles of the camera modules and after imaging the chart graphic using the camera modules, a source image represented by the chart graphic is compared with a spatial frequency of a relevant imaged image, thereby certifying a resolution.
