PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous dispersion liquid of resin particles and a method for manufacturing the aqueous dispersion liquid with a simple manufacturing process and excellent dispersibility of resin particles, and to provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development and a method for manufacturing the toner improved in maintaining property of picture quality when continuously used for a long period of time even under high temperature and high humidity conditions. PSOLUTION: The aqueous dispersion liquid of resin particles contains a polymer dispersant by 0.1 to 30 wt.% with respect to a resin solid content, the polymer dispersant having a weight-average molecular weight of not less than 5,000 and comprising a condensate of a monomer having polycondensation property and containing a hydroxycarboxylic acid that has hydroxy groups and carboxy groups in total not less than three.
