PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projecting corner structure of a building by which the space between a corner member and an exterior wall material can be sufficiently sealed by sufficiently thickening a caulking material filling the space between the member and the material without excessively thickening the corner member or the exterior wall material, when the corner member is arranged on a projecting part of an underlayer material of an exterior wall of the building and the exterior wall material is arranged on the underlayer material adjacently to the corner member.;SOLUTION: The corner member 2 is arranged on the underlayer material 1 by the intermediary of a fixing metal piece 4. The fixing metal piece 4 is provided with a stopper element 5 which is spaced outward from a side end face 12 of the corner member 2. The exterior wall material 3 is arranged on the underlayer material 1 in a state that a side end face 13 of the exterior wall material 3 on the side of the corner member 2 is in contact with the stopper element 5.
