PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcasting system for a disaster area which provides local information to each evacuation center by one-segment broadcasting when a disaster occurs.;SOLUTION: The broadcasting system for the disaster area 100 comprises: a main station system 30 which provides disaster area information to each evacuation center; a substation system 40 which receives the disaster area information. The parent station system 30 comprises: a disaster area information storage unit 3 for storing the disaster area information generated for each area to which the substation system belongs; and a parent station IP conversion device 1 which converts the obtained disaster area information into terrestrial digital broadcasting data, converts only part of one-segment broadcasting data of the terrestrial digital broadcasting data into IP data, and transmits the IP data to the substation system. The substation system 40 comprises a substation IP conversion device 7 which receives the IP data, converts the received IP data into full-segment broadcasting data to make it available as the terrestrial digital broadcasting data, and outputs the terrestrial waves of the terrestrial digital broadcasting data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
