PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone which allows a state of the mobile phone to be arbitrarily set after a response, in a mobile phone which allows the response to be performed by a voice to a caller even if a user cannot respond to the arrival of an incoming call.;SOLUTION: The mobile phone stores a plurality of response messages in voice in advance. At the arrival of an incoming call, the mobile phone is configured to automatically implement off-hook processing, voice response and post-processing by selecting a response message by the user, which is considered to be optimum among the plurality of messages.
