PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide whether boring should be done to a sheet according to existence of a punched hole bored in advance, and to apply a ring binding process to a bundle of sheets including the sheet.;SOLUTION: Whether a punched hole is bored at a binding side end of the sheet is detected by a punched hole sensor (S102a), when a punched hole 62 is already bored, instruction signals that there is no need for boring the punched hole are transmitted to an off-line punch device or an online ring bind bookbinding device from an image forming device, so that a punching action is not done. Meanwhile, when the punched hole 62 is not bored, the off-line punch device or the online ring bind bookbinding device 7 is instructed to bore the punched hole (S103), and an action for loading the sheets, on which the punched hole is bored, on an alignment tray (S104) is repeated.
