摘要
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controllable switching circuit for an active implantable medical device.;SOLUTION: The circuit is disposed in a lead provided with a multiplexing sensing/pacing electrode. The circuit decodes a signal generated by a generator, and generates commands to a series of switches so as to ensure selective connection between near and far terminals of a generator and various electrodes. The signal is a modulation signal including a coding logic pulse train which defines specific constitution for coupling the lead electrode to the near or far terminal of the generator. The signal includes a micro-pulse which precedes the coding logic pulse train, and it has a smaller amplitude and period than the amplitude and period of each logic pulse. Detection of the micro-pulse causes a response to activate all the circuit switches to open for at least a similar period to a signal receiving period of the coding logic pulse train (phase 1).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
