PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for producing a concavo-convex metal sheet and cooling the back face of metal sheet by a set of press molding dies; wherein the metal sheet continuously vacuum molds a concavo-convex pattern on a softened thermoplastic resin sheet and the cooling is conducted while molding the resin sheet so that a molten resin sheet would not adhere to the metal sheet belt.;SOLUTION: In the case of upper and lower press molding dies whose countering molding edges are identical in length and concavo-convex pattern alignment, a configuration terminal molded on a metal sheet 1 is fitted to the opposite side terminal and subsequent press molding is continued in lengthwise and widthwise. In another case where the die forms one or more straight lines or curves, its pattern is press molded on the metal sheet together with the concavo-convex patterns of figure edges and inner faces, and connected in a belt shape with the pattern side front faced. A lot of small holes 17 are opened in the belt, the metal belt 19 is rotated and the concavo-convex pattern is transferred by vacuum molding on a soft or hard thermo-fusing resin sheet.
