PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of preventing howling in a device such as a hearing aid comprising a microphone and an earphone loudspeaker located in close each other, and producing regenerated sound which does not become unnatural.;SOLUTION: According to the method of the present invention, only a specific frequency part is extracted. The specific frequency part is divided, and a sound pressure average value is calculated for each frequency part. Difference between sound pressure of each frequency part and the calculated sound pressure average value is determined. If the difference is over a constant value, it is determined that howling occurs.
