PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver and receive an article without needing disclosure of personal information such as a name or an address to the opposite party on each side of the delivery side and the reception side.;SOLUTION: In a home delivery ID generation management server, a first home delivery ID for a first user terminal on the article delivery side and a second home delivery ID for a second user terminal on the reception side are generated, and the first home delivery ID and the second home delivery ID are transmitted to the first user terminal. The first home delivery ID and identification information of the first user terminal are transmitted to the second user terminal. When receiving the first home delivery ID and the second delivery ID input to a terminal device of a delivery agent together with a delivery information request, at least user information of the second user terminal corresponding to the second home delivery ID is retrieved, and is transmitted to the terminal device of the delivery agent.
