PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for suppressing problems of redelivery.;SOLUTION: A delivery management method includes steps in which: a user terminal transmits a purchase request related to merchandise purchase of a user to an EC agent terminal; the EC agent terminal transmits delivery information related to the delivery of merchandise required for the purchase to the user terminal and a delivery management server; the delivery management server transmits the delivery information to a delivery agent terminal; the delivery agent terminal submits a delivery instruction to a deliverer; the delivery agent terminal receives absence notification information from the deliverer, and transmits the absence notification information to the delivery management server; and the delivery management server generates absence claim information on the basis of the received absence notification information, and transmits the absence claim information to the EC agent terminal.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
