PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic pressure bearing, improved in mounting efficiency and production efficiency and simplified in processing process. PSOLUTION: In a dynamic pressure bearing including a dynamic pressure bearing, a plurality of dynamic pressure generating grooves are formed along an axial direction in an inner surface of the dynamic pressure bearing. Each of the dynamic pressure generating grooves has a V-shape section area and includes two dynamic pressure surfaces which are mutually symmetric. In a dynamic pressure bearing including a rotation shaft, a plurality of dynamic pressure generating grooves are formed along an axial direction in an outer surface of the dynamic pressure bearing. Each of the dynamic pressure generating grooves has a V-shape section area and includes two dynamic pressure surfaces which are mutually symmetric.This invention also provides a heat dissipation fan having structures of the dynamic pressure bearings.
