PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell library which can reduce the antenna errors.;SOLUTION: A cell 30, which is included in the cell library, includes: an input pin 32 for inputting a signal into the interior of the cell 30; a first virtual obstacle 34, which is arranged between the left side of the cell 30 and the input pin 32 and serves to inhibit the arrangement of wiring of wiring layers other than a top layer; and a pair of virtual second obstacles 35 and 36, which are arranged along the left hand side of the cell 30 on both sides of the first obstacle 34 and serves to inhibit the arrangement of wiring of all the wiring layers.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
