PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing detergent composition characterized in containing a hydrophobic pollutant dispersing agent compatible with a bleaching agent. PSOLUTION: The bleaching agent and washing detergent composition comprises the polyalkyleneimine having a main chain with molecular wt. of about 2,000-5,000 dalton as the hydrophobic pollutant dispersing agent compatible with the bleaching agent and most, preferably all, of N-H unit hydrogens are substituted with about 20-50 alkyleneoxy units.
