PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a light-receiving element whose S/N of an output RF signal is good in the light-receiving amplifier element which performs voltage conversion, addition, and amplification of a photocurrent from a light-receiving element having a plurality of divided light-receiving regions and outputs it as the RF signal.;SOLUTION: A main channel circuit 1 of the light-receiving amplifier element includes: a current addition circuit 2 which extracts light currents IpdA to IpdD from anodes PD400A to 400D, adds the extracted light currents IpdA to IpdD to generate an addition current and then amplifies and outputs the addition current; and an RF amplifier RA which converts the addition current output from the current addition circuit 2 into a voltage signal, and outputs it as an RF signal VRF.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
