PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cordless heat storage slipper capable of keeping a foot warm without mounting an electric heater in the slipper, a heating device for storing heat in the heat storage slipper, and a foot warming device utilizing the same.;SOLUTION: The heat storage slipper 2 includes a sole plate part 4 to cover the sole, an instep plate part 5 to cover the part of the foot from the instep to the toe, and a heat storage material 7 filling the instep plate part 5. The part of the foot from the instep to the toe is kept warm for a prescribed period with the heat radiated from the heated heat storage material 7. The heating device 3 for heating the heat storage material 7 of the heat storage slipper 2 includes a pair of left and right heating means 10 projecting upward in such a state as inclined at a prescribed angle from a base for heating the heat storage material 7 from inside the instep plate part 5 while hanging and supporting the heat storage slipper 2, and a controller 11 for feeding the electric power to the heating means 10 and controlling heating of the heat storage material 7.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
