PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rust prevention-treated metal having a rust preventive film superior in rust prevention and rust prevention persistence on the surface thereof, a composition for forming the rust preventive film, and a method for forming the rust preventive film using the composition.;SOLUTION: The rust prevention-treated metal 1 is provided with a first rust preventive film 4 containing mainly zirconium and fluorine compounds formed tightly on a surface of the metallic substrate 2 (a surface of a metallic film 3) and a second rust preventive film 5 containing mainly a metallic ion and/or metallic compound formed on an upper layer of the first rust preventive film 4. The composition for forming the rust preventive film is composed of a first process liquid containing the zirconium and fluorine compounds, a second process liquid containing the metallic ion and/or the metallic compound for successively treating the surface already treated by the first process liquid, and if required, a third process liquid containing silicate for treating the surface of the second rust preventive film, or the third process liquid mainly containing polymer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
