METHOD FOR PRODUCING EXTRACTION COMPONENT COMPOSITION OF SALMON OVARY MEMBRANE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an extraction component composition of a salmon ovary membrane administrable by percutaneous administration to develop the effect comparable or superior to oral administration.;SOLUTION: The ovary membrane of salmon is treated with the first proteinase to extract the first component. The first component is treated with the second proteinase different from the first proteinase to obtain the second component having a molecular weight lower than the first component. Preferably, the method is further provided with the treatment of the second component with an ultrahigh-pressure emulsifier under a pressure of 980-2,940 MPa to obtain particles having an average particle diameter of 200-1,400 nm. The second proteinase is selected from the group comprising a proteinase composed of a mixture of a plurality of endoproteases and exoproteases produced by an actinomycete, papain, and protease K, especially preferably a mixture of a plurality of endoproteases and exoproteases produced by an actinomycete.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
