PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip determination method between a belt 101 of a belt conveyor 10 and a roll 102 in a plate piling device 1, a treatment method when any slip is determined, a plate manufacturing method in a shear line 2 using the same, a plate piling device 1, and a shear line 2 with the plate piling device installed downstream thereof, and to prevent degradation of the rate of operation of the plate piling device 1 and the shear line 2 upstream thereof.;SOLUTION: Sensors 103, 104 for detecting the movement in the circumferential direction are mounted on both the belt 101 and the roll 102 of the belt conveyor 10 in the plate piling device 1, and it is determined that any slip is present when the movements in the circumferential direction from the sensors 103, 104 are different from each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
