The company 10 notifies the employee 14 being a person insured of an insurance policy number. The employee 14 accesses a server of a mental health care service provider 16 with the insurance policy number as an ID and can receive consultancy through the Internet and by telephone. Since mental health care services are provided as a service belonging to an insurance service in this way, the employee 14 can have consultancy without worrying about cost so that services easy to be used by the employee 14 can be provided as a result.
