PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board which can prevent a positional deviation when connecting electric wires to the board, and also to provide a wiring board connector, a method of manufacturing the wiring board, and a method of manufacturing the wiring board connector.;SOLUTION: The wiring board 10 comprises a substrate 11 having a surface 11a, electrodes 13 formed on at least part of the surface 11a, and a conductive layer 15 which is formed on the electrodes 13 and has concave portions 15b on the surface. The wiring board connector 100 comprises the wiring board 10 and the electric wires, each including a core wire and an insulator arranged on the outer periphery of the core wire and having the core wire exposed at one or both end parts.
