PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine an epitope of kiwi actinidin in a peptide containing an epitope of actinidin being kiwi allergen and to provide a use thereof. PSOLUTION: The peptide is (a) a peptide comprising an amino acid sequence represented by N-Y-P-Y-T-A-Q-D-G-E-C-N-V-D-L-Q-N-E-K-Y-V-T-I-D-T-Y-E (sequence number 1) or (b) a peptide comprising an amino acid sequence in which one or several amino acids are deleted, substituted or added in the amino acid sequence represented by N-Y-P-Y-T-A-Q-D-G-E-C-N-V-D-L-Q-N-E-K-Y-V-T-I-D-T-Y-E (sequence number 1) and has antigenic activity.
